Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is due 45 days before the guest's arrival. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled 60 days or less before the arrival date
2. A 100% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled 30 days or less before the arrival date
3. Any charges such as government taxes or fees will be added to the bill at the time of payment, based on the applicable rates
4. Refunds will be made after deducting any processing fees and will be processed within 7 business days
5. Rates and government taxes may change without prior notice
