Terms and Conditions

  1. Check-in is at 2 PM & Check-out is by 12 PM
  2. A 50% advance deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation
  3. For safari bookings, a 100% deposit is needed to confirm the experience
  4. Full payment is due 45 days before the guest's arrival. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled 60 days or less before the arrival date
  5. A 100% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled 30 days or less before the arrival date
  6. Stay for children under 5 years of age is complimentary; for children over 5 years, our extra bed policy applies
  7. The park is closed on Wednesday afternoons, as well as for the entire day during the festivals of Diwali and Holi
  8. Core area of Kanha National Park is closed between 1st of July to 30th of September for safaris
  9. Valid Government issued photo ID cards are required to complete a booking
  10. Aadhar is accepted as an ID proof(s)
  11. Any charges such as government taxes or fees will be added to the bill at the time of payment, based on the applicable rates
  12. Refunds will be made after deducting any processing fees
  13. Rates and government taxes may change without prior notice

Pet policy

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs and cats to Outpost 12! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, including those with and without pets, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Pet Fee and Reservations: A pet fee applies to all pet stays. Please inquire about the fee when making your reservation.
  2. Vaccination Records: For the safety of all animals and guests, please provide up-to-date vaccination records for your pet upon check-in.
  3. Room and Furniture: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture.
  4. Leash Policy: For the safety and consideration of all guests, including families and other pet owners, please keep your pet on a leash at all times when outside your cottage.
  5. Designated Outdoor Dining: You are welcome to dine with your pet in our designated outdoor areas.
  6. Resident Pets: Please be aware that Outpost 12 is home to resident pets.
  7. Pet Supervision: For their safety and the security of your belongings, please do not leave your pet unattended in your cottage or anywhere on the property.
  8. Liability for Damages: You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet during your stay. Any costs associated with repairs or excessive cleaning will be charged to your account.
  9. Well-Behaved Pets Only: We welcome only well-trained and well-behaved pets. Any pet exhibiting aggressive or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the property.
